The last 2 reviews have the office staff written all over them. My dryer has been broken for 3 weeks and no matter how many times I call the office I'm told they'll get to it! I paid my rent last week and the new young lady's low neck line shirt revealed way more than I cared to see. At least the old management would take care of my needs in a timely manner. As far as the landscape goes I've had the same weeds in my flower beds since the end of April. Don't believe what the staff writes on these reviews. I wish that instead of monitoring these web sites that they would do their work and take care of my maintenance issues. I have forwarded a letter to their home office in hopes of being able to get this problem taken care of. I have lived here for 3 years and have never been so disgusted with a place! I look forwarded to moving out and spending my hard earned money more wisely! It just amazes me that there are so many negative ratings on this site. When you see something postive it really makes you think that it would have to be someone in the office that checks this site! If you are looking to rent stop a few people out walking and be prepared for what they have to say to you, because that is the only way that you are going to get honest answers! Worse yet the pools didn't even open on time and you think that the new management is better than the old ones, give me a break!

I agree with this review 100%. The pools didn't open on time because the new management or maintenance staff didn't know better to acid wash the pools before you filled them. DUH!! I'm moving out and cannot wait. My review was taken off of the site and I received an email stating that they were contacted by management to have it removed. Like the newest reviewer wrote in yes they do monitor this site and I to believe that the few good ratings are from someone in the office trying to make themselves look better. Take the tenants advise DO YOUR JOBS AND LEAVE THIS SITE TO TENANTS THAT WANT TO POST HONEST ANSWERS TO ALL OF THE NIGHTMARES THAT WE LIVE THROUGH EACH DAY IN THE APARTMENTS!
