I have monitored this site and even wrote in regarding my mouse problem and the problems that I've had with the new management. To my surprise I received an email back stating my review had been removed per the request of the management at the Greens. I felt that everything that I had written regarding the lack of maintenance issues and the problems regarding when I went into the office were correct. It seems as though the management doesn't like the truth being told. The last review was right on the money! I feel every bit as disgusted as the last reviewer wrote. The only thing they want is for your money to be paid on time. I received 2 late notices when I had paid my rent on time, and come to find out they had posted it to someone else's account. That proves that they don't know what they are doing. Take a closer look at the new dress code also when you walk into the office, but make sure that you don't have your young pre-teen along with you due to the low neck lines and the mini skirts. I have complained to higher management but it didn't do any good and they would never return the phone calls. My sink has been leaking for over 30 days and they still can't seem to get it fixed correctly. When I asked about a break in my water bill I was laughed at and stated no they couldn't do that. Thankfully my lease is up in November and I wouldn't have my worse emeny rent here and go through all of the problems like I have. I have to agree with who ever Mandy is regarding the dumpsters and the cops being called. We must live near the same neighbor. I'm in the gas buildings and the gas heat is a nightmare and I've been told that when my bills are over $200 a month there is nothing that can be done! Someone is making a profit and when you call the gas company to complain they say you have to call the Greens office. I can clearly see the big picture and it doesn't seem like the gas company is the ones making a profit. Take my advise come look, DON'T RENT, and talk to the many moving trucks located throughout the property. And they are not moving in they are very happy to move out of this nightmare of a place! Oh and if you like to waste your hard earned money on gas bills over $200 water over $58 rent $1041, maintenance and management nightmares and the mice that keep coming into my apartment than you can rent mine when I vacate. Make sure that they sign your move out notice because with everyone moving out they seem to loose things alot of the time. I was told that my carpets had to be cleaned upon move out. BEWARWE they will try to charge you $150 BUT THERE IS NOTHING IN MY SIGNED LEASE, OR MY MOVE-IN INSPECTION THAT STATES THEY MUST BE STEAMED CLEANED. ONCE AGAIN IT IS MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS. FIGHT IT LIKE MY NEIGHBOR DID AND SHE WON! Higher management should of used the roofing money to replace the people are in place! I can't wait until the new complex across the street opens up, because I'm going to laugh as I see the tenants moving over there. The management couldn't be worse than what we have in place. Our last newsletter stated it was going to get better, like the last reviewer Mandy stated. I hate to tell you but it's worse. Out of over 99 reviews only 27 were good ones and now we all know who probably wrote those since it goes to show you that they are monitoring this site. I was always told that the truth shouldn't hurt anyone.

As a former resident of The Greens, I fully understand your anger and frustration. We moved out 2 years ago and never regretted our actions. After complaining to management about our high heat bills in the winter months, we were told to contact the gas company. And when we complained to the gas company about the heat bills, they pointed the finger back at The Greens. No one was able to give me a straight answer to my growing problem, and I was left with a hefty heat bill all the while freezing in my apartment (it was about 65 degrees in our apt.). I definitely wouldn't recommend living at The Greens to any friends, especially after reading these reviews about the slum condition. What you should do is put a mouse trap in your apt. and then take the mouse to the front office to show that your apt. is infested with rodents--LOL!
