I am moving out (THANK GOD) in 2 months. And I can not wait. The last 2 post hit the nail on the head. The dress code in the office is not professional at all and the new "assistant" has no clue what she is doing.I live in a building where 2 other people are moving out for the same reason (poor maintenance and poor management). This place is a total waste of my hard earned money.Last week there was loose gravel laying in front of the dumpster and I fell and twisted my ankle. I should of put a law suit against this place. In my apartment I have nails coming though my ceiling from the roof. That to me is very poor quality workmanship.Like the last review posted, ask some of the moving trucks why they are leaving and get prepared for an ear full! My maintenance issues are never taken care of on time! I to have complained about my new dyer taking at least 1 hour to dry 1 pair of jeans. It was also pulled 3 feet from the wall and nothing more has been done. The people in the building next to me must have 20 people living in one apartment.I have complained to management that I feel unsafe when I walk out of my building at night because I am always getting stared at by the at least 20 guys in the building over and they make sexual comments.Their response was oh we will take care of it.However all the guys are still living there which I know must be a violation of their lease.Last week I called the Sheriffs office to see if there was any cops that lived on site that I could speak to however they informed me that the Greens no longer needed a cop living on property! UMM excuse me, maybe the upper management should take into consideration the residents that feel unsafe to leave their apartments at night with their young children before they make such a decision.Like the last review also I to will not steam clean my carpets since it is not stated in my lease.I would like to see them try to charge me for it because they will be taken to court.Take this soon to be former residents advice Don't live here.

AMEN!! Whoever you are! You are speaking the truth about this place. The management just wants to slam doors in the residents faces that come into the office to complain about things. I've heard that the new managers husband is the landscaper so don't complain about the over growing weeds in the flower beds because nothing will be done about it. Also I'm leaving in mid December and my maintenance issues are never taken care of either. What ever happened to the Super Star Service that we were told about before moving into this place? I've been here since 2002 and never expected to have to once again move, but with the change in the management and the looks of the property I'm leaving and have already been excepted somewhere else and are on their waiting list. Like the last reviewer I'll contact my command and see if I can get out of my lease. Thanks for the info on the carpet cleaning because it is no where in my lease or my move in inspection. That is alot of money in someones pocket at a cost of $150 per move out.

I lived at a Dominion property in another state, and I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom, pulled out appliances that were not pulled out before I moved in because there were kitchen utensils that were not mine behind them. I cleaned all of the baseboards, and paid a professional to steam clean the carpet, and provided them with a copy of the receipt. When I recieved my final paperwork it said I was getting nothing back!!!!!! When I called the manager she said it was because they had to clean the carpets because I had a pet(Which I did not)!??? It is not legal to charge someone for carpet cleaning if they provide you with a receipt forma a professional. I know what happens upon move out, all the charges and fees etc... I manage a community and as soon as I told the manager who it was on the phone and what her legal limits were, she said oh I am sorry I will take care of it. Within the next week I received my full $500 deposit and the remainder of my rent for that month. Basically what I am telling you is make sure that the apartment is in the same condition as when you moved in(check your move in inspection and compare), nail holes are normal wear and tear, and you should always make sure that you have a pre move out inspection completed with either the management or maintenance staff. SIGNED BY THEM TOO! Make sure you have a copy of any maintenance issue you have had, if they gave you a copy, you should always be given something. Read through your lease and check the law, there is a time frame that is mandated for them to complete a maintenance issue. Anyway, I hope this helps someone, but do beware, they will try to keep your entire deposit, it sounds like they need it more than you do. :-)
