I am in property management and this site is nothing more than a bad mouth list for upset residents. It is so sad that you have nothing better to do. If you don't like where you live quit renewing your lease. Be an adult pack your bags and GOOOO!!!I am sure that all the reviews are coming from 1 or 2 upset residents that get together(since you have nothing better to do)then go around the property bad mouthing and writing reviews as different people. The person or person(s)responding to all the reviews (what a waste of your own life.) I feel very sorry for you and your family because I am sure that you clearly can not be giving them quality time by shooting the breeze all day. I think I use to work with one of the managers in another state and I can tell she was a great manager and is missed!!!! Let up a little life is to short...think of the homeless!!!!

I feel that it's our responsibility as former tenants and responsible citizens to inform those new to the area, who are looking for apartments in St. Mary's County, and warn them about our experiences. Those who are frustrated have either left The Greens or anxiously awaiting for their lease to expire. Our experiences at The Greens are unfortunate as we dealt with the staff in the office and the living conditions in our unit. I'll continue to do my part and share with friends about my experience living at The Greens so they don't have to go through the same frustrating experience.

Response to "Outraged!!!!": You criticize those people who take the time to state complaints on this site. In your own words, "what a waste of your own life". Well then, what are you doing posting a review? Wasting your own life??? This is FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!! I for one think it's my responsibility to inform others of how to avoid a living in a failing, miserable, infested apartment complex.

Actually, that's what the site is for. People are spending their hard earned money on a place not worth half of what they're charged. I'd LOVE to break my lease early (actually, I just may... Wildewood - quality and worth the money...). I'm guessing your REAL name is Karma? Face facts, the Greens is poorly run in every instance. It's not just people on here bad mouthing them, but the staff in the office verbally destroying one another behind each other's backs. Luckily, I've had a few people inquire about the place. After informing them of all the problems they went elsewhere... ;)

It's obvious YOU are not the kind of management material that the green's needs, if you really are in management, you'd be able to just look around and see the problems. If what you wrote is what you really believe, then this place will never be decent. How can it be a waste of time, some of us still live here, our lease is not up and we want something done in this lifetime. I hate to tell you there are more than just a couple of unhappy residents.

If you want to see for yourself that this is not just a few upset residents that are complaining, send out a survey to all the residents and ask them to be honest. I agree that people should not put other people down. That is the wrong way to go about things. Maybe if you just listen to the actual problems we are having you will understand. And don't put all of us in the same catagory as the "cronic complainers who have nothing else to do". Some of us would like to see things change around here.
