If you're management, just say you're management... don't make up these comments to try and disguise all the problems that have been associated with the greens. The latest "fixes" come only after so many people have complained for so long. Any respectable business would tend to it's problems before they became out of control... nothing like waiting till it started to look like a real slum before doing anything, that's sad.
There's still plenty of work to do with the greens - perhaps a total revamp of management' People who aren't born liars perhaps'
I'm sure there's going to be a post from a "tenant" that tries to down this one. I can't see a "real tenant" saying much positive for the place but if they were they must be mistaking the greens for the new place across the street, actually be a part of management, or have a donut business aimed at the front office'!
Visually, it's improved. BUT when you feel that twinge like someone just stabbed you in the back - that's management with a "doctored" lease in their hands, yes they still do that too.
