Where should I begin. I've had nothing but headaches for the past few years here. I've spent a month and a week now with little to no A/C, the meintenance guy has been here over 6 times to "fix" the problem. This morning I still have no A/C. Last year I had to clean a serious mold problem that I had complained about for over 6 months. My bathroom linoleum is lifting and growing mold. I've complained about that for over a year but at some point you just get tired of complaining. Specially when you know you're leaving. In autumn, when the leaves fall, they're blown under the stairwells. During winter when it snows, shovel your own sidewalk and you better have an SUV to get out of the parking lot. My husband's closet rod has fallen about four times, they keep putting it up and it keeps falling. The staff is rude as hell. Basically they don't give a damn. Specially Jeannine. The only two people worth a damn in this place are the two meintenace guys. And even they need to realize that sometimes you just have to call an expert. As for myself, I'm moving in 21 days and I cannot wait. But even then they want to make moving out a sour experience for me. I received a letter the other day that states that I must steam clean the carpets and clean the place up or pay $250. No, I think they owe me, considering that I have spent five times that on electricity this summer with a faulty A/C unit they have known about. I've never lived in such an over priced dump. If I knew then what I know now, I would have moved to the other place I looked at. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.

Yeah, you're lucky you're out so soon... :( This place is the worst. Check into earlier posts about the steam cleaning, I don't think it's *required* but they'll lie to make YOU PAY FOR IT IF THEY CAN. Jeanine is a HOG. She's got nothing better to do than stuff her face and spread gossip about tenants in front of other tenants! The greens is simply a sad establishment. Any of the posts in favor of the greens is nothing more than a cover up by someone on the staff - NOBODY in their right mind would give this place any positive comments. I like how their repainting and resurfacing the lots AFTER the other place opens... it's not that they're doing it FOR the tenants, it's so they can try to fool the next poor soul or try to keep a few people here... ** AND YES - one of my neighbors has had nothing done the entire time they've lived there (almost a year) and they've actually had a property manager from another apartment office as well as some county official inspect the apartment and give insight on the lack of repairs and compensation owed to them...
