I have been living at the greens since November and I havn't had any major problems since I moved in. When I moved, I had a few maintenance complaints, and they were taken care of as swiftly as I could have expected from any apartment trying to take care of things over the christmas break. Other than that, my only complaints are that there are no phone or cable connections in the second bedroom, and that the apartment has a old analog thermostat, which I would like to see replaced by summer to control AC costs, other than that I recommend it.

Just give it time, when summer rolls around and your apartment is never cool and your bill is around 300 dollars per month, then you won't recommend.
