It used to be a safe place to live.

When I moved into the Greens in 2003, I knew the prices were a little higher than most apartments. I didn't mind paying more because I have children and I felt safe there. The only people who were allowed to live there were repectable, hard working people. Now they are allowing anyone and everyone to live there. The place is not kept up. I may as well live in Spring Valley because that is whaaat this place is turning into. At least the prices there are a lot cheaper. I pay too much money here to have to live with people who have no respect for the place they live. They are loud and throw trash everywhere and plainly have no proper upbringing. It is a shame that what used to be such a beautiful, peaceful place to live has litterally gone to the dogs. For a place that does not allow dogs over 25 lbs, they have an awful lot of pit bulls and rotweilers now.

I am willing to get together but it seems like they just don't care what the tenants think, and when you do complain, they barely acknowledge you even when you go to pay your rent.

I would love to get together with all the unhappy tenents and see if there is anything we can do as a team. They don't want to listen to us as a person, but maybe if we get together as a group and get some outside help, they will have to listen. What do you all think???
