I lived at the Greens when I first moved to Lexington Park - I was referred by my employer!!! Place was so bad that I, my wife, and even my dog became ill from all of the crud in the air from the AC system. I constantly complained about the cigarette smoke coming through the wall from the apartment next door -- maintenance never even tried to address. No insulation between floor and crawl space caused drafts and freezing cold floors in winter. I even found a termite mound coming out of the wall behind my headboard when I finally paid the early termination penalty to break my lease. Management even charged me an additional cleaning fee on top of the pet deposit.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
