i have lived here for a year and it has went down hill bad. they dont fix anything my dryer,washer,screens,mailbox,and heat havent been fixed. i put in the order 5 months ago. i was cussed and threatened by the office management. i used to enjoy it here but with the new office staff they have ruined it. theres fights alot of trash laying around, broken beer bottles, and other debris.they are starting to raise the rent and for the poor service and crappy place its not worth what we pay now. I WAS PROMOSED THEY WOULD BE OUT NO LATER THEN WEDNESDAY AND IT IS NOW FRIDAY NIGHT AND THEY NEVER SHOWED AGAIN.

I have lived in this complex for a year now and I have to agree that the repairs have been slow and there has been some turnover in management and maintainance but for renting a unit for less than market value how can anyone complain. There are some things left to be desired but living so close to the rivers and the peace and quiet in the neighborhood I think the author of this posting should be ashamed.

WELL IM NOT ASHAMED I AM COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH WHAT I WROTE AND I COULD SAY MORE THIS PLACE STILL HAUNTS ME AND IVE BEEN OUT FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. SO UNTIL YOU WENT THROUGH THE BS I WENT THROUGH U WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND AND DONT TELL ME I NEED TO BE ASHAMED. THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO RENT ANYTHING OUT TO ANYONE. I WOULDNT ALLOW MY DOG TO LIVE THERE. IF YOU THINK THIS IS A GREAT PLACE YOU MUST HAVE VERY LOW STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS.
