I've been at the Greens for two years now and am convinced everyone who has posted here just doesn't like the greens. The apartments are spacious for the price, if you have a problem maintenace comes to fix it and the people at the office are nice. Since I've been here there have been a lot of changes and problems at the office but there is a new staff and they seem to be trying correct any issues caused by previous management.

YOU MUST BE 1 OF THE LUCKY ONES. GLAD TO SEE YOU ARENT HAVING A PROBLEM BUT ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE AND I LIKED THE GREENS WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE BUT THE NEW OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE AND I WAS CUSSED AND THREATENED BY THE MANAGER. I HAD TO CALL THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE IN COLORADO JUST TO GET MAINTENANCE TO COME FIX ALL OF MY PROBLEMS AND THAT ICLUDES MY HEAT. SO ITS NOT THAT WE JUST DONT LIKE IT. ITS WE HAVE BEEN HERE SO LONG AND WE NOW DONT LIKE THE WAY ITS RAN.

That is very perceptive of you to think that we that are commenting because we don't like the Greens. The price would be good for the space if the construction of the apartments was anywhere near quality standards. Anyone that is thinking about renting here should compare the price (after sewage, cable, internet, etc) to Abberly Crest across the street. They are only marginally more expensive, but they have some utils bundled into the price. Also, with current energy construction requirements, the heating/cooling costs will be lower. I'd say for the price, the Greens are a rip!
