I've lived here for three years, and will live here no longer. The managment changes at least once a year, the parent company, United Dominion, has absolutly no customer service, the Maintenance gets complete at least three months after request and half-a&&ed. Not only is the Maintenance horrible, they never clean up after themselves. Also, they will file for eviction if you are even 5 dollars late. Currently they are charging for the court costs ($40) and not filing! Not only that, they post open notices on your door stating names and ammounts without even a call. Futhermore, their cable service is recieve via satellite and piped through their local disrobution network, so if you are thinking about good cable service or cable internet, you may want to rethink that here!

In addition, mold is a huge problem here. In every apartment I've seen, there are at least two places where the mold is seeping through the walls. I also know that about 1.5 years ago they had many fire code violation, not sure if they were ever fixed. I personally requested a mold spore count be conducted in my apartment and it was never completed. Maryland health does not measure without proof of a problem.
