Rotating Staff - Downward spiral.

The Greens at Hilton Run are old, cheap and falling apart. The company that owns the place has cycled the staff at least three times since October 05. I have dealt with kind management to downright rude management. They also have the most strict move-out policy that Maryland law will allow - be careful! Read the lease!
We recently had a sink replaced because it was leaking. The maintenance people came in a replaced the sink, but left it very messy. They said they would come back to finish the job, but they have not. The stopper is also not working, and if pressed, you have to use a paperclip or something to get it back up.
We live in a non-smoking apartment, but the person downstairs smokes, and the smoke comes up through the ventilation. Some days it is like going home to a bar when entering my apartment. The management/maintenance staff's solution was to give us (but NOT install) a new air filter for the heating vent.
Noise from below and next door are constant annoyances - mostly because the walls are paper thin. The insulation is terrible, and heating costs in winter are very high. The windows are so old it is like they are open to the cold. The front door had so much wrong with it whenever it rains there is a puddle (and rotten wood below the carpet) at the front. When the wind blows you can feel it come through.
The only good thing about the apartments is that the gym is so small and feeble it is barely used; I can use the machines without a wait.
