Hello.
I am the manager at Greens at Hilton Run and would like to acknowledge my new team who strives toward excellence in costomer service. We are fresh faces and hope to meet all of our residents needs and wants. We know there has been troubled times prior to our arrival. However, we have been recruited to make your stay pleasant as we focus on resident retention, which you deserve. If there is anything we can do, we are here seven days a week to serve you. Thank you.

i have been waiting for some time now for my personal property (satelite dish)to be returned. i have discussed this with some of the staff and all i here is charlie, your contracted dish installer has it. that dish is personal property and your contracter had no right removeing it from the premises. after he removed it from "so called illegal area" , the proper thing to do was place it on my porch. makes me wonder if you condone your private contractors stealing from residents.

I've experienced the new management and, considering what I've seen, the place must have been in quite bad shape if THIS is an improvement. The attitiude of the staff is indifferent, they make no efforts to accommodate out of state residents unfamiliar with the area, repairs are NOT made in a timely manner and the move out charges they bill corporate renters for border on fraud. I honestly cannot say a single positive thing about the office staff, ESPECIALLY the manager. Our company received zero respect or professional courtesy from this individual who refused to return our phone calls. If a corporation has this many problems I would strongly suggest that individuals be very careful if you choose to rent from the crooks at this property. Read your lease carefully (60 day vacate notice!) and learn how to do repairs yourself if you want anything to get done!

Very funny ------, out of all the places I've lived this is by far the worst. You guys are very rude and heartless. Let me quote a conversation from management. "If your one day late we WILL EVICT YOU". Maintenance never gets anything done and management forgets to tell them of things that need to be done. Oh and that picture of that kitchen is one apartment that you don't get to live in. only the model has that luxurious kitchen. ALL OF THE OTHER apartments have outdated kitchens with worn cabinets. Here seven days a week to serve us. Don't make me laugh maybe her voicemail is available and good luck getting a call back. I was very unsatisfied with this apartment and am extremely glad my lease is up next month. All I have to do now is make sure that the base relocation department makes sure to steer any other military members away from The Greens of Hilton Run.

you're making people pay for parking places, you're lying about what the apartments really look like and you're the most incompetent staff in years! no one's gonna rent your crappy apartments for those outrageous prices. Boycott the greens!!!!

I lived loyally in the Greens for three years, and upon my move-out, was mailed a bill for over 4,000 dollars they claim I owe. I am accused of lighting being missing, damage to the carpet, unpaid water bills, and charged rent for following months when I didn't even reside there. That's just to name a few. First of all, I took the lighting? Seriously, that junk? The carpeting was worn when I moved in, and then I lived there for three years with no replacement. Cheap carpet does not last that long, so the condition it was in when I left, should be considered well kept. "Management", if you wanna call it that, changed so many times before I moved out, it was hard to tell if anyone was in charge. I could've come in and sat at a desk, and they wouldn't have known the difference if I worked there or not. Tell ya what, "new manager", you guys are gonna be shoving that bill, right along with those crap apartments. The Greens used to be a lovely place to live. And the reviews are right about the nice kitchen in the pictures. The units that you are moved in to look nothing like that picture. Personally, I'm married with children and I'd move back in with my Mommy and Daddy before I'd go near that place again. The place needs to be used as a training excercise for fire fighters. I've already filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and I urge everyone else to do the same or nothing will ever be done about that horrible place!
