I have been here for about two years I thought i was moving but missed my date to tell them by one day and they were making me pay and extra $2000 to move. Maintenance never comes to fix anything and when you ask them to there are no work orders. The front office staff is VERY snoody! I have spent $438 on mouse traps, ant killer, and various maintenance repairs.

After reviewing this post, I throughouly disagree with the comments. Per the lease, upon expiration, we require a 60 day notice. We only charge two month rent buy out fee- if you wish to break the lease. If you wish to discuss this with management please stop by the office at your convenience. We are here to assist you!

note to the managers- why don't you get from behind your computers and fix the problems on the grounds!!!! your snippy comments just make you look less credible and rude. it's that attitude that's driving people away!!!!!
