i have been here for four months and have had my personal satelite dish stolen by their contracted satelite contractor. the reason mine was taken was it was not confined to the boundaries of my porch area, but neither is various ones that the private contractor, which removed mine and failed to return has installed.

security sucks in the aspect that i had to go thru a security check, but in the past three months i personally know of three others staying here that has not. how many criminals reside here is anyones guess.

if you plan on barbequeing, you have to get the rake and shovel out and clean the dog feces out of the yard. there is a rule on clean up after your pet , but not inforced.

to be trueful, i would not stay here, but the company i work for pays the rent for the appartment and will not reimburse for motels.

I know what apartment you reside in and we asked to have your satellite removed a month prior to the removal. At first you did remove it, but then placed it back up, disregarding our policies and procedures per satellite and antena agreement policy. As far as the pet issue- thank you for addressing your concerns. We will make it a point to notify your building. If you see anyone not picking up after their pet- it is considered a breach of lease. Therefore, one could lose their apartment home. However, I would ask in the future that you let the office know when the issue arises so we may take care of the situation. We do criminal background checks and inforce them to the fullest extent. I would appreciate information on who these individuals are so we may act. Thank you for displaying your concerns on the internet but from now on, notifying the office will be much more effective and rapid. Thank you

i hope you get your satelite back,but don't count on it.I cannot believe the gall of management to tell you that you shouldn't complain about the way you've been treated to a public website designated for discussion and forum.It's the stupidest thing i've ever seen. Just call housing inspection @ the courthouse. show them pictures,the grounds, anything just make sure it's accurate(no rumors or mean spiritedness)and let them see for themselves whats going on.don't deal with the office unless they agree to make some changes.
