my husband and i lived there from 2/18/06 -4/28/07. when we were first there we signed our lease with a woman named ------- who was the reason we moved there in the first place and everything was fine. on september 4,2006 there was a tropical storm that ripped shingles off the roof and flooded our entertainment area. new management was brought in at least 2 times and then on the 3rd time the evil was unleashed in the form of a fake and plastic mass called "------". her staff had no idea what they were doing and she she bold faced lied in several occasions. there was dog feces everywhere b/c they were so lazy they wouldn't put the "doggie bags" for people with pets.i hoped they go bankrupt and another staff is put in there b/c that is the only way there will be any kind of positive change. *Also they tried to tell us that if we didn't clean our own carpet they would charge 150.00 to do it themselves.i asked how it was so expensive for a 1 room apartment and they said that was the running rate. i told them to give me that carpet cleaners # and sure as sh** they quoted that it would cost 80.00 max and that was if we had destroyed the place. don't trust these people. and they stole our deposit!!!!

I suggest reading your lease upon move in. The $150 charge is listed on the lease agreement and we enforce to the fullest extent.
I also received notification that you had sent my recent residents a long letter in regards to your unhappiness. Please halt all form of defacing communication with any current residents.
Take care!

I am currently living at the Greens. When I moved in, I specifically asked if there would be any charge when I moved out for cleaning carpets, etc. (because I had read about it here). I was told that there was nothing of the kind, and I certainly hope that they do not try to stick me with such a bill when I move out.

watchout... and here's how it's gonna go down. you're going to get an itemized list of all the things that need to be cleaned including the carpet and if you don't, they will for 150.00. then i found out from friends in the complex that they didn't replace the stuff they charged us for so i wrote a letter to the people in the apartment now that the greens weren't on the up and up.that's why ------ is such a ----- about the comments on here. she's just not smart enough to realize she confirmed everything we said by her comments. if you don't believe me just look at the other comments here.
