my husband and I moved in with our children almost 2 and a half years ago. Our first summer in the apartment was spent with no air conditioning and to help us while we waited for a new ac unit they put us in a hotel room for 2 days. We went without air conditioning for over 2 months. They never fix anything. Our thermostat has been broken since we moved in and they still have not fixed it.

My garbage disposal has been broken for over a year, still no one fixes it. There is a very large mold problem in the bathroom and hallway that they won't do anything about. My children and I are always sick since we moved in here. Before we came here I rarely if ever got sick now it's a constant and I'm sure it's from the mold. But will they take care of it' no. I have told them over and over again about the mold and they refuse to do anything about it.

Also I wouldn't trust the maintenance people either. I had just gotten out of the shower one morning and was walking to my dryer to get some cloths when my front door opend and one of the maintenance guys walks into my apartment. He NEVER even knocked on my door. I was terrified but never complained because I just wanted to forget the whole incident. I just want to warn anyone who thinks about renting. Be cardful and use your chain locks


I have 3 children and they should be aloud to play during the day but they aren't. I almost was evicted because the asswipe who lived above us complained about my kids making noise. My kids should be aloud to play during the day and they aren't even that loud.

Good luck finding a parking space unless you get off work before everyone else. This place is just horrible. Oh and every time we signed a new lease they raised our rent 160 dollars. That's a nice thankyou for staying with them. Rent here if you have to but I would try the place across the street if I were you.

why won't anybody shut this place down? what is it gonna take to get that heifer ------ out of this place? has anyone called the people who own the greens now?

I have called 5 times it is just a horrible company with people who know crap about customer service!
