Okay so first they want a non-refundable pet deposit of $350.00 per pet and then they tack on $25 more on your rent on top of that. But just when your you thought you paid enough for the poorly constructed apartment with below standards insulation so your heating and coolong bills are through the roof.
Today, they sent out flyers stating that you can reserve a parking space for a non-refundable deposit of $125 and $15 tacked on to your rent. I mean i've lived in a couple of apartment complexes that had reserved spaces and they came standard with the apartment and EVERYONE had a space. So basically if you can't afford to pay for a space be prepared to walk a mile to your apartment. This place is a joke and I'm so glad my lease is up in a month.

i got a notice on my door that the whole building was going to be charged 10.00 extra, because someone had a baby stroller in the stairwell. i still have the notice to prove it. their has to be a goverment agency that can step in and stop these freaks of nature.

call housing inspection and save those flyers! you have to call the st mary's courthouse and request someone seeing these conditions. i have never in my life heard of such practices! the rumor is that they are losing $ because no one will rent from them cause of their shady stuff and they're competing with the apartments across the street. just go there and tell everyone you know about this place.
