I live in a renovated apartment with the cool track lighting and new appliances and love it. I have refered a handful of friends who are happy too. I think this website is a rant that keeps the real truth out. All my neighbors seem happy and I have enjoyed my stay here.

The appliances in the kitchen didn't bother us as much as the monthly utility bills. They need to replace the furnace and AC unit. In the summer we were stinkin' hot and the winter was about 65 degrees in my unit even after I cranked up the thermostat all the way up.

yeah I keep my thermostat at 70 and my elec. bill for this month was 265.00, Very, very poorly constructed building drafts everywhere (front door, sliding glass door and both windows.You got lucking and got one of the 5 out of 60 renovated apartments. Too bad no one else can get one unless someone moves out. Believe me this website is not a rant and the truth is in the pudding.

this person is lying. this is someone from the office posing as a tenant! who else would try to discredit someone else's review of the greens? why should she care? and if not how did she score the only decent apartment out of the entire complex? anyway she's full of it! whoever you are, time will tell. a storm will come or your bath tub will leak or something will happen and you will rely on the staff to "fix" your problem and watch what happens. you'll eat your words!
