Me and my family have moved in to the apartment in July and we been having nothing but problems since we arrived. The moise here is outrageous and the insulation between the apartments allows us to hear everything, including the neighbors. Contacting the management staff about it has produced no results. One month the rent was raised and that we had always been paying that amount, being only half way through our lease. We had to gone to the staff building and had to provide a copy of the original because they changed their copy of the lease and they daid that they didnt have the orginal one that we signed on file. There was an apartment that had a pipe bust and the water leaked to ours and maintenance didn't do anything about it for almost a week. By this time mold had gotten to the drywall and my family was getting sick and all they did was paint over the spot and said that it was fine. We have holes in the walls that were here when we moved in and cracks in the ceilings and along the corners and floor borders. Problems with bugs and spiders is another problem that even with "spraying" tactics never work. Come to find out that if we want to renew the lease our rent will jump up to the price of a similiar home or townhouse rent. Living here is not recommended to anybody unless this place is an absolute last resort. Living near PAX does have one benefit though. The constant jet noises are very calming if your neighbors are too loud.

You shouldn't complain about the jet noise from Pax River. What do you expect when you live about a mile away from a Naval AIR STATION!? Common sense buddy...
