Management is worthless. Poor customer service... They don't even know the contents of their own leases. Will try to charge for everything under the sun when moving out. Average water bill is $70, no mater how much you conserve. Poor construction. Kids under the gazebo smoking weed, and making loud noises at night. Management knows and does nothing. Break-ins to cars and apartments frequent.

Do not move here, no matter what the move-in special is. If they did not have a bunch of vacancies, they would not need such specials. Numerous residents can't wait for their leases to be up.

if it was that bad here, why did you renew your lease and transfer to another apartment?? think before you start typing and maybe us idiots in the office won't know who you are!!!!!!!!!!

Spend less time playing detective, figuring out who I am, and more time managing your property, for the sake of your residents... If you're qualified to do so. Assure the public that the statements above are false, that break-ins to cars and apartments are few and far between. Assure everyone that you as manager do more than send out notices stating that these occurances happened, almost weekly. Assure residents / prospects that drug use does not occur on your grounds. Assure your residents / prospects that their energy bills are not high because of shoddy construction and maintainance. Assure residents / prospects that they would have quiet nights at the Greens, and that noisy neighbors are handled accordingly. I thought before I wrote this now and before, now think and act about fixing people's concerns!

LOOK HOW MUCH EFFORT THE STAFF GOES TO REPOND TO THESE REVIEWS? IF THEY PUT THIS KIND OF ENERGY INTO ACTUALLY RUNNING THE COMPLEX PRODUCTIVELY THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE SUCH A LOW RATING! HA. HA. HOW MUCH LOWER WILL YOUR SCORE GO?

I dont really believe that it is the real staff that is responding to everyones complaints. I believe it is someone trying to start and keep drama going. I do not and have never lived in the Greens, but I would have to say, I do agree with a lot of what everyone is complaining about though. I know for a fact that staff always shuts the phones off or ignores the ringing phones. And I know that when complaints come through, they for the most part get brushed away and never given to the maintenance at all. I was in the office months ago, the end of last year I believe when a gentleman came into the office and actually thanked the girl that was there for returning his phone calls and addressing his concerns and he stated that he had been living there for some odd years and that this was the very first time that anyone has ever contacted him back and kept in contact with him til the situation was disolved. Then the funny thing was I found out that this girl was a temp there and that she was let go because her time was up. Funny how the good people get ran out. Then I went back there after she was gone and the other girls working there were no where at all as helpful and genuine as that other. Needless to say at the end of all that, I decided not to rent there at all and ended up accross the street. So I believe all the hype on here about that place.
