This place is nothing but a bunch of lies. What a rip off, The electric bill here is freaking crazy, the water bill is a rip off, the rent is high for what you get. I will be glad when my lease is up. When I moved in, I only get paid once a month, they told me that's okay. Now I understand why, they have been charging me extra because they say I am always late. MY rent was supposed to be 1212.00 a month. I have been paying, 1331.00 because of late fees. I should have moved in across the street. This place sucks............................

Absolutely Right. I had the same Experience. When the apartment next to me was vacant my water bill was about $60.00, when it was occupied my bill was around $100-140.00. The management did NOTHING

Yeah, I found out that they get a bill from metcom, than split the bill between the tenants. we don't get a bill for how much you actually use. Is there a law against this?
