Don't live here! The office staff is so dumb. When you try to argue with them they just interrupt you and spit out some rehearsed response. The rent is ridiculous for what you get. The layout is terrible. You walk right into a wall which makes moving in furniture VERY difficult. I was lucky just to get a couch in my apartment.

Don't be fooled by the 24 hour maintenance. The guy has no maintenance experience and has no idea what he is doing. It took weeks to get things looked at, not even fixed. I finally had to complain about my oven until they just put a new one in because it was so old they had no idea how to fix it. In fact, when I reported the problem, they came and looked at the wrong appliance!

They don't mow the grass enough, nor do they force the tenants to pick up the dog poop even after I complained, telling them who it was three times. Stray cats are Everywhere! The very small playground on grounds is nice if you have kids, that's about the only perk. Cheap nasty white walls, no insulation, loud, old appliances. This place really is a dump for what they're charging. The electric bill is HUGE as is the water/sewage. The pet fees are outrageous as well. When I moved in the place was a dump. I tried to vacuum and it clogged my vacuum for 3 days. I vacuumed up 3 ziplock bags full of this beige powder. Nasty. They claimed it had been professionally steam cleaned.

I live in a building with 12 apartments and 2 have eviction notices on the doors. There are teenagers running around at night causing god only knows what kind of trouble. Drug deals going down in front of the office at night. Half the residents are creepy/stalker like or look like they don't even know you exist due to drugs.

If you can afford to live elsewhere...do it. It will be worth the stress and money.
