Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Then come to The Greens At Hilton Run, where there is never a shortage of benzoylmethyl ecgonine. I have lived at the Greens At Hilton Run for about two years now, yet this apartment complex never ceases to surprise me.
Parking is plentiful. However, you are running a risk in suing them. Vehicles are regularly broken into. You will continue to find previously unnoticed dents and scrapes on your car.
Noise is not an issue, however, during the summer and spring months there is a constant barrage of neighborhood parties, where alcohol and drugs are plentiful.
Don't be fooled by the photos on the apartment's website. It appears that the grass is never cut, and it grows over the sidewalk. The "Nature Trail" is just any ol' trail you'd find in the woods.
Don't even get me started on safety. Burglaries are a regularly occurrence. You see drug deals go down right outside your door.
The apartments are poorly constructed. There is no insulation, and the exterior of the homes look rather shabby. It is impossible to keep the carpets clean, and the appliances appear to be from the Reagan-era.
Maintenance is apathetic. It will take them days to respond to a complaint. The panacea to leakages is to simply re-paint the wall/ceiling.
The staff, apart from a single person whom I rather not name, is surprisingly adequate.
Management advertises a discount on your next rent payment if you succesfully refer somebody to the apartment complex. I would not recommend The Greens At Hilton Run to anybody. Who would make anybody, let alone friends, go through what I and countless others have had to endure'
