live on the street before you live here

This was the absolute worst living situation I have ever encountered. The people seemed nice at first, offering to let us move in with no down payment. BIG MISTAKE. The apartment is run down and out of date. The kitchen cabinet doors didn't cover the cabinet openings. The walls were scraped and dented. The bathroom mirrors were flaking off. The bathroom floors were warped and the bathtubs were moldy. On top of that the garbage disposal was broken and made the whole apartment smell. The dryer never dried our clothes. You would have to run it 4 or 5 times. And forget asking someone from maintenance to fix anything. The UTILITY BILLS ARE OUTRAGEOUS. My roommate and I both have full time jobs and are full time students and were never in the apartment. The electricity was always over $250 no matter how many lights were off. Two months after moving in someone tried to break into our apartment and several others. Management did nothing. The noise is ridiculous. You can hear your neighbor's conversations. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money on this dump.

I know what you mean, the boys in the hood have taken over at night. They keep coming up on my balcony an stealing things. If someone does'nt do something, I will take matteras into my own hands. The water bill should be against the law. They take how many apts. that are full, divide bill, that's what you pay.

I made the mistake of choosing The Greens as my first apartment also. That place should be demolished. The management is horrible and maintenance is getting payed for nothing. I complained to the corporate office and they seemed to take it more serious then the management at the office. Here is the number so give them a call, good luck!!! 614-273-0116

if people are stealing things off your balcony, why don't you call the police?? it is not up to the staff to walk around the community 24/7 and secure the neighborhood. do your part as a resident and maybe you won't have these problems. this is what you guys have to doo all day while at work? go on sites like these and post a bunch of crap?? get a life!!

WOW ANONYMOUS! You should heed your own words. Is this all YOU have to do all day while at work? Why don't you get a life, and do YOUR work. Then you wouldn't have reviews like this to respond to. Why don't you move in to the Greens and experience what everyone else has to. Maybe then you would eat your words. These reviews aren't crap, those apartments are, along with your attitude. Noone should have to pay that kind of money to live in slum. You're telling everyone else to get a life, and yet here you are, doing the same thing we are. Your a genius.

Additional comment to ANONYMOUS: You must be one of the staff at the Greens! Who else would take up for such a horrible place? Plus, you probably don't even live there. I'm sure if your car had been broken into, or keyed, or your apartment robbed, or the dope heads in your building were fighting again, you'd think differently. No wonder when the police come here they don't put up with any crap. I wish they would arrest all of the trash that live here and let the decent people who do live at the Greens have some peace and quiet for a change.
