Horrible just horrible!! MOLD in apartments, renters please make sure you really look through the apartment before signing the lease!!! They just cover it up with paint and do nothing to fix the problem or remove it!!

MAYBE AT YOUR NEW PLACE YOU WILL REPORT YOUR PROBLEMS TO THE OFFICE INSTEAD OF THE WEB SITE SO THEY GET A CHANCE TO COME IN AND FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!

The first response is definitely the staff at The Greens. Maybe if the manager actually did her job instead of sitting on this website then there wouldn't be so many complaints!!!!!!!!

yeah, I would definately have to agree.. both her and kerstin sit on the internet all day long and only answer the phone if they rec. who is calling. Even if you call the corp. office they will not do anything about it, they just give a "heads up" to the office on who has called and what they say about the management. Good luck with everything. you will never get your mold prob. fixed.

Office staff @ the Greens are notorious for making fake reviews and snippy comments on this site! To whomever wrote the 1st comment-GET OFF THIS SITE(AND YOUR FAT A*S*S)AND DO YOUR JOB OTHERWISE PEOPLE WILL WRITE HOW CRAPPY YOUR APARTMENTS/STAFF ARE!!!!!!!!!

In response to the first comment... I lived in the Greens for three years, and the only time I remember anything being fixed was when Kenny worked there. (Great Maintenance man who was chased away along with half the residents.) Maybe if you spent a fraction of your time taking care of your tenants, instead of playing on the internet, you wouldn't have so many problems. Your childish response to these reviews is a clear representation of how you treat people, and how you run your apartment complex. You have a very nasty attitude, and I feel sorry for anyone forced to be in your presence. Take a good look at your rating. I certainly hope you don't actually think that a 28% recommendation is good, do you???

It was reported to the office at least 3 times and nothing was done!! It's ashame that managements reponse to a review is to blame the resident instead of fixing the freakin problem(s) in the first place!! I would never ever set foot into those nasty apartments again and your attitude in the response is why good tenants have moved on and in a hurry. It's ashame what new ownership and management has turned that place into.....the GHETTO!!!
