I lived here for three years and I'm glad I have left this place far behind. First off, you have to pay an outrageous amount for pets, A screaming total of $300.00. Then on top of it all they are horrible about being accountable to fixing anything that goes wrong or breaks down. Let me not forget to tell you the business practice they provide to those who wish to move out. I had a dog, tore up the carpet. I got rid of the dog and told them i would pay for anything that needed to be reapired ie: the Carpet. They agreed to keep in contact with me on the issue. Note that i had already moved out and was in another state. I called three times spread out through a whole month of me being away and I always got the reply that they were still looking into it and never called back. 3 months now and i get a bill in the mail saying i owe 905.12 but with the Rental deposit of $200.00 its down to 705.12. OK... Wheres the pet deposit'' They don't acknowledge that. Then the bill says to contact them within ten days of reciept of this letter or it will be sent to collections. Then down at the bottom (handwritten) "Sent to collection 5/7/09" The postage on the envelope reads 11 May 2009. Today is the 13th... How the hell do you plan to do business like that and be known as a trustworthy business' This place is horrible. They don't stand for any ethical practice and im afraid for others that they never will. Do not move here, It's a TRAP.

I completely agree with you. When we moved out we had to fight to get our deposit back and we don't even have a pet. You forgot to mention how they can tow your vehicle anytime they want and you have to swallow the bill because they're to lazy to find out who's car it is when they decide to hire a crappy paving company to repave the parking lot.. I've already let everyone at the Navy family services to take this place off the list so new Military families don't have to get ripped off from a corrupt place like this.

Yes, Amen to that!! This place sucks, I too had lived here for a total of about 3 years and it wasn't so bad when I first was stationed here. About a year later ownership and management changed and the place went down hill fast! They are shady with the way they treat there good residents, which they seem to run out all of the good people who actually pay their rent! (don't you just love when u drive up and see all the furniture and garbage on the side of the road that they throw there when they evict someone....I mean come on) When I was on active duty I also made sure to complain to my command and housing about how they treat their residents and told them not to refer anyone to this place. This place is so ghetto now, please look elsewhere for a safe and nice place to live because with all the drug dealers (had one that lived above us until ATF busted him) and crappy staff it's not even worth it to look at the place.

I had the same issue. They sent me my final bill a few WEEKS after it was due. How am I supposed to pay something on time that is already several weeks past due. They put the usual threat in there of going to small claims court. I live 2000 miles away from that place now so I didn't bother with fighting them on the amount and just paid it to get them out of my life. It cost me over $500 to move out, but I just couldn't deal with them anymore. There are a lot of nice places to live in Lexington Park, so please do not even consider The Greens.
