this place is by far the worst place i have ever lived.. and its not so much the apartments.. its management.. all of our problems fist began when we had a hole in our ceiling.. it took an entire week of calling the office and then had to call cooperate to get it fixed.. and from there it went down hill.. dont make friends with the office staff either, they make you your friend so that they dont have to do their jobs and can sit on their asses all day. they always do favors for everyone like not making people pay thier sat deposits, pet depos and even taking pet rent off.. you can change apartments like your underwear.. and then when you try to move out, they really try to get you in there, i have ocd and am highly clean and when they came to do our inspection they said the place was dirty, and wanted to keep our depo.. dont plan to try to scrub your own carpets either, even though they say its ok.. they try to make you pay for it.. we moved out a month early on our lease, didnt live in the apartment for 55 days.. and now they say we owe them 150.00 for a water bill.. sorry not paying for whoever is living in our apartment and the water they used.. if your military or family people.. DO NOT RENT HERE.. and when you try to deal with the office they laugh in your face and put childish remarks on their myspace. this place is the worst place i have ever seen.. make sure you have a good lawyer on your side or hope that the lazy rats in the apartment get fired!!!
