This place is absolutely horrid! The main problem is the people working there, they just don't care. The apartments themselves could be ok, if management and maintenance actually cared about anything. During my time here, there have been 5 breaking and entering/robberies that i know of in the complex. If you happened to get robbed in there, don't bother looking for sympathy from the management.

Everything about the place is dilapidated. The "gym" is falling apart and rusting away. the grounds are unkempt, and getting maintenance to do any work in your apartment is like pulling teeth. I have had a maintenance ticket open for over 3 months now. The water coming into the place makes everything mold and turn into an orange stain. The utility bills are far too high for a 2 bedroom apartment. we even turn the heat/AC off during the day so we don't use anything.

Overall, my recommendation is DO NOT RENT. You can actually find a better apartment where they allow welfare housing.

LOL, they have went through this so called transition at least 4 times since the new company took over and this place is still the pits! This is one of the worst places I've ever lived in and any place that can take your monthly rent and still have you help pay and fix up an apartment should be closed down!! Isn't that against the law somehow...they get enough money ripping off the people who actually pay "real" money out of their pockets for their rent and all the extra "fees" that they decide to tack on not to mention all of the screw ups on accounts that you have to fight to show proof you actually paid because the staff can't keep track properly!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!!
