Decent Place to Live Overall, the place is quiet and a nice place to live. There is a huge problem with bugs and the appliances are very old. (ex. laundry never comes out smelling fresh and dishwasher is pretty worthless) Nothing ever broke and as a result, never really needed

Dirty Place to Live Sewage overflow in 20 apartments due to negligence on the apartment managers part (not the first time this has happened). Management was unwilling to fix the problem and provided horrible customer service. Unfriendly staff. Okay place to live until my apartment was filled

Excellent Staff and Facilities. The staff was great when I signed my lease. I was new to the area and they even p[ointed me in the right direction for food and places to go. I have been there for almost seven months now and i have had no issues. Maintenance comes when you call, the staff goes

Excellent value Community has a private beach, a club house, a pond with a gazebo and plenty of space. Quiet, well kept and designed community. The staff is attentive and excellent at what they do- to the point you feel pampered. Excellent value!

This Place F-ing sucks. I must say. These are my first apartments that I have rented from. I was in desperate need of a place to live. They were cheaper then the others(for a reason). The maintenence is so crappy. The maint. crew is not qualified to do most of the work. I have no idea how they are

DO NOT RENT HERE. this place sucks. i have lived here from march 2009 to now. have upgraded fixtures. problem with the kitchen one never work right. they replace it with a regular light fixture. i have no a/c right now been like that for 1 1/2 days. no communication with office people to maint.
