Our apartment smells like cat urine. We've tried everything to get the odor out. We basically rely on candles nowadays.

It's super convenient to BWI airport.

It's mostly airline employees and some kind of government employees. So, pretty quiet people.

If you HAVE to move here, get an apt on the top floor- they're quieter. They require you to carpet atleast 80% of your living space, which can be accomplished with area rugs.

So, far (the past 10 months) we haven't had any trouble with management. Everyone has been pretty nice.

A few apts have been broken into.

No amenities whatsoever- except that you do have a washer/dryer (coin operated) on the first floor.

Cell phones don't get much reception here. Ask any flight attendant!
