Overpriced & No Pool

Lived here in 1996-1997. I think the aparments are overpriced and you don't get carpet. You have to pay $300 for carpet to be installed. If you live under someone, as a friend of mine did, you'll think the ceiling is going to come crashing down. Parking can sometimes be a problem on the weekend. DO NOT take a unit that overlooks B&A Blvd. The noise will drive you nuts. Also, it is VERY difficult to get in and out of the community because there is only one way in! There is no pool and no recreation bldg. Grounds are nice but the actual buildings are ugly. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
