You really want to think twice before you sign a lease with this place. And forget trying to home garage a vehicle for work. Not gonna happen. So, be happy with paying a fortune for less privelages than you had living with your parents. Go buy a property everyone, I did, and I'm paying about the same I paid here, but its mine! And you'll get your money out of it when you leave.
