Do not move to Lynn Hill Apartments!! I repeat... DO NOT MOVE TO LYNN HILL APARTMENTS!!! The only good thing about this place is its convenience to 695, 95, 97, and 295. Don't let it's convenience be the reason you move here. Other than that it is a total rip-off. The apartments smell like cat pee and no amount of air fresheners and candles have helped. My apartment flooded due to the air conditioner, and the maintenence crew "fixed" the problem with the AC, but did not clean up the water damage, and then it flooded again 2 weeks later, and they came out and "fixed" it again, but I just turned it off because I'm tired of their attempts to "fix" it. Rent prices are rediculous, and there is no pool. For the price you pay, you could easily afford a mortgage and be building equity. It is also very bug infested and they have done nothing about it, despite several requests. I kill at least 3 crickets a day in my apartment. Also, the ceilings are paper thin and it sounds like people are going to come through the ceiling at any moment. Finally, the washer and dryers are very expensive, and the dryers do not even work properly. I started going to the linthicum laudromat which is a pain, but it is much cheaper and the dryers work. There are many places you could live in the Baltimore area, take my advice and find somewhere to live other than here.
