We have requested the same repairs literally dozens of times and they are never, ever done. It is such a joke. The apartment management and staff is useless. They are not friendly and don't take your repairs requests seriously, yet the second your rent is late they summons you to court, and if you're a foreigner, threaten you with deportation. The soundproofing is non-existent and the plumbing a continual problem. The people above us sound like a herd of elephants. For all of this we pay an ever increasingly exorbitant amount in rent. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even someone I didn't like.
