This has to be the worst place you could ever live. Let me state the reasons why, I would say such a thing. First walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the person next to you is saying and above you. If you live on first or second floor the people above you sound like they are jumping up and down even though there just walking very loud. Second, the place has roaches and crickets they like to craw around in the apartment. Third the buildings are old, so the plumbing and all is falling apartment. I lived there for one year and had 4 times where my apartment got flooded. I had no carpet left after the second time and glad I didn't replace even though they want 80% carpet in the apartment. It too them forever to fix the apartment, I had to walk on a floor that had water seeping up and the cheap hardwood floor tiles all pop up, it was like walking on a mountain the floor would go up and down and then my shoe would get caught on them, was such a mess. Fourth, management is the worse. Had one occasion where roomate forget to get rent ontime and missed due date by 7 days. We'll we both get hit with a late charge and a court summons. Know after my apartment was is disarray for 3 a month, you figured hey they where only a couple days late, we can wave the late fee, they would not do it. IT was our problem and if late again have to pay with money order. Now how would you like to live with a management like that. I can go on and on and it's funny because I only lived there one year and had all these problems. My suggestion is don't move here you will regret it. There are plenty other places to live in the area, that take better care of you.
