I'm currently living in Lynn Hill, and I'm very much looking forward to moving. The location is great b/c it's so convenient to major routes/cities. But beyond that, there isn't much to brag about. The complex itself is in bad condition. Just this week, my water was turned off, with no warning or explanation, b/c of an apparent emergency. I noticed the paint above was bubbling, as if water were leaking in the pipes above. Well, when I got home that evening, the bubbles were gone, and there was a coat of fresh paint. There was no note saying maintenance had been in my apt. The leasing office staff is shady, and I know there has been a leak above my apartment that they keep trying to conceal. My neighbors above me sound like pacaderms even when they are walking calmly--I can even hear them use the bathroom! I can only sleep when they sleep, and I wake up when they wake up. Just this past month, I've put in 4 trouble tickets for various problems. They were fixed, but in a half-assed manner. If rent was overdue, I was to be contacted. Instead, I got a notice of eviction plastered on my door b/c my roomate's check had bounced a whole month prior. If you want to maintain your sanity, hold onto your money, get your rest, and avoid scam artists, then avoid Lynn Hill!!!
