I have lived here for 7 months now and I have not experienced any of the problems that others are referring to. I live on the second floor, so there are people beneath me and above me. Yes, the floors are somewhat creaky and I hear my neighbor upstairs moving around, but as for other noise, it is non-existent. I never hear their music or their television through the walls or the ceilings. The only time I hear others' tv or music is if I am walking right by their door. My neighbor downstairs has had numerous parties and was concerned they were waking us up, well I have not heard them once. Maintenance has responded to all of my requests in a timely fashion and they have been very courteous. Maybe I am an exception since I live in the building where the leasing office is located and therefore, maybe it is monitored more so than other buildings. I checked out a lot of apartment complexes before I chose this one and I really have nothing nice to say about many of the others in the Glen Burnie area.
