This is my second time renting from Lynn Hill. I haven't had any problems up until this point.
Our AC went up. It would run and run and run and the apartment would be set at 81degrees. I have a child in my home. I have had the maint man out three times, yet there is no permanent solution. We recieved our BGE bill and for a one bedroom apartment-it's ridiculous! Since they can't seem to fix THEIR AC they need to pay for some of my bill. I have called the office three times now and left messages with my number. No one will call me back.
I finally called again and reached someone. She told me she will send the man out again. What is that going to accomplish' I told her I wanted a replacement unit and to be reumbursed for my bill.
"I can't do anything for you, you need to speak to the manager"
"She will be in tomorrow morning at 9:30"
So I have to wait yet another day in my apartment with my 7 month old son in 81 degree heat.
Horrible horrible service and customer service for that matter.
I will be contacting the BBB!
