How is it that AC units (spaces) all connected. You can look from the 3rd floor down to the 1st. Are you heating and cooling someone else's space as well'' You very well may be. And the mold ... which I have dealt with even on the 3rd floor. I was told they treated it but come to find out they only spray it with bleach. The maintenance tech told me that himself. He really doesn't seem to know what he is doing but he certainly can give you all the info he wants to. We have heard stories about all the staff here. But that is beside the point. The point I'm trying to make is I have lived here now about 3 years. I'm not stupid and I know the laws concerning rentals. When I have tried to explain what is going on I've been put in my place on more than one occasion. Very RUDE. But that is ok too. I'm not sure if we will renew or not. The rents are getting out of our price range. The only thing I can honestly say is the girls in the office are fine. they take the time out of their busy schedule to speak with me if need be. So whatever you do, please check all your options.
