Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
All Managment cares about is taking your money every month But if you pay a day late they will send you an eviction notice!!!
the apts are in need of more than repairs,they need a New Managment team because they one they have now is totally Incompetent!!!!
We pay far two much money for the apts to get such bad service when needed!!
To the people in the Office you better be nicer to your tennants they pay your Salary!!!
Why the rude responses to simple questions that YOU NEED TO FIX IN OUR APTS!!!
My advice if you read this is to leave if your lease is up or just dont even consider these Apts they are not worth all the money we pay here!!!
And were is the rugs for the nighbors who live in the 2nd & 3rd floor'
it sounds like the ceiling is going to fall when you hear your neighbor walking!!!
I will get a lawyer if this noise keeps me awake at night from the neighbor walking upstairs!!
