I've read the other reviews I'm a little confused because people are just so rude about this place and the staff. I think this place is a very nice place to live. You have no idea some of the horrible places in this area. The apartment is pretty big, I live on the second level and I rarely ever hear my neighbors upstairs as a matter of fact I like the people in my building their always friendly which is uncommon. With me working downtown I'm really close to work which is great plus I can take the lightrail so less money on gas. As far as maintenance I owe them a ton my upstairs neighbor overflowed his toilet at 3am and they were there in 15 mins to fix the problem and help me clean up. Not to mention the other day when my car needed up jump the woman in the office ( she is the young one but I think she is the manager) had the maintenance guy come to my rescue. Like I said I'm confused but I also just mind my business and pay my rent on time so maybe that is why I've enjoyed it so much. I would recommend this place to anyone because it beats some of the other dumps in the area.
