I live here and so do all of my friends. they moved in after i did on my recommendation. we love it here for a bunch of reasons. the metro comes right near the property and there is really easy access to 695, 295, 170 and 97. i work in the city so it's great for me. come visit this spring or summer, i'll probably be out on the barbeque

Yeah right! That's a joke ------ didn't seem to care when my 7 month old child and I were living in an apartment where the temp was consistently 83 degrees! Maintenence came out over 3 times to "fix" the AC, well that never happened. Thank Goodness I'm getting out of this hell hole!

Barbeque???? WOW!!! DId they put new grills and picnic tables in for the residents??? When I found cat poop in one of the grills I knew I wouldn't be using them!!!!!!!!!! You know everyone has and is entitled to their own opinions. And I'm sure they each have their own experiences. And that is fine. But what about those of us who really did have legitimate problems that were not addressed and simply blown off by management?? I'm not saying they are wrong all the time and I know the individuals that work on the property, they have jobs to do and are only allowed to go so far without getting themselves into trouble with the management company. Then there are some who only go by the book. There is no real customer service anymore. Hasn't been in almost 2 years. I have see a this property go down hill since they let the one manager go. I loved her style and how she treated everyone. People make mistakes and I really thought it was unfair to be treated that way for a mistake. Oh I forgot mistakes aren't allowed. I could go on and on. It isn't going to change anything. Management isn't going to change. I wish all of you out there the best of luck with what ever decision you make about Lynn Hill. Just please be careful.
