My husband and I have been living at Lynn Hill for just over a month now.... ok, granted, that's not all that long, but here's what our experience has been like...

Within the first week of being here we had a couple complaints, for instance, we had seen quite a few ants around, there were not empty storage units in our building, one of our gas burners wouldn't light, our fridge was leaking (inside) like i've heard others complain about and I had spotted a mouse running into one of the holes(burners) in the stove top. So, we got some ant traps and some mouse traps and we called management.

Within a couple days we met the maintenance manager, Al. He is one of the nicest most friendliest guys I've ever met. He is passionate and takes his job seriously and really is only concerned with making residents happy. He fixed our stove and explained what the problem with the fridge was, and told us to keep an eye on it and let him know how it goes. A couple days later he came back with the exterminator, who sprayed our apartment for the ants. And since we hadn't seen the mouse since and hadn't seen any evidence of his presence, we figure he thought the apartment was still empty. Al also sorted out our storage problem.

Just this week our garbage disposal wasn't working and the same day we emailed, Al came by and fixed it!!
I haven't seen any ants since they sprayed.
We just put a jug in our fridge to collect the water that leaks since it really isn't a big deal at all! (Although we know Al would fix it if we asked)
Our neighbors are great, we never hear anything from next door. The only noise is out in the hall or sometimes if people let their doors slam behind them. The laundry facilities are great, we've never had to fight to get a chance to use them. It's really a nice neighborhood, quiet .... no shadey characters or mattresses in the dumpsters.

People need to understand that renting...from anywhere is a gamble. it all depends on your luck of the draw with what kind of neighbors you get and also what kind of people rented before you. But in my opinion the management here is fine. The maintenance is great!!!

We love it here! We're sorry so many people seem to have found fault with the place.

I really am not trying to lie to anyone or fool anyone into moving here, i couldn't care less. I just wanted to share my opinion... I have had NO problems what so ever at these apartments...recently we lost our mail key and sent the front office an email on the sunday eve and they had put a new key on our dining room table by monday afternoon!! Apartments everywhere are pretty much luck of the draw...in most cases it depends on your neighbors whether you have a good experience or not. obviously the front office and management and all that play a part too, but I cant find fault with them at all.
