Wow I got on here to just read what was written about where I live and I'm in shock! Ok so this place isn't a palace but a hell hole...Come on! Sure it needs a touch of paint here and maybe the airconditioners could be replaced but I haven't seen the loitering and crazy wacked out people that have been written about the place. As for the dumpsters, bugs, and staff...not that bad either. I make it a point to realize that I live in an apartment so there may be an occassion where I get a roach or my neighbors are noisy but I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT! I've been here a couple of years now and the dumpsters have gotten bad once around Thanksgiving this past year; I'm not sure why but they were taken care of with in a few days. I haven't seen mattresses in the dumpsters at all but hey maybe they were in the other ones I dunno just hard to imagine. As for the staff...maintenance are the nicest people you will ever meet. I just can't imagine people saying anything horrible about them. The leasing lady is a little odd but she seems nice enough and the manager is sweet as well. I know for a fact that her heat went out just after she had her baby and she went 4 days without it because they needed a part and so that they could work on other peoples problems. Oh yes before you all jump to the conculsion that this is the manager or a relative/friend...NO I spoke to her when she was getting into the car with her daughter and she was telling me about it. I just think that people get angry and decide to blame others instead of the situation. Although I agree with one of these other people that everyone is entitled to their own OPINION just as long as you realize they aren't always FACT.
