Loud, Dirty, over priced - I moved in October to Lynn Hill Apartment directly because these apartment rating were fair. Nice Place Very quiet. Grounds are well kept. Any issues in my experience where handled by maintenance within hours. Great commute to Baltimore and BWI.

Sad to leave I have lived here for over 8 years and have had no complaints. I did have a leak in my ceiling because my upstairs neighbor's toilet overflowed but the guys came out that night and fixed it. I recently bought a home and will be leaving but overall I have really enjoyed my stay

Good location I liked living at this apartment complex because of it's location to 695 and 295. I moved up to the Baltimore area for business and this was a good area for me for my commute into work; the apartments are clean and the maintenance staff is pretty quick to respond to any concerns.

air vent or trash can ? I moved in in december 2008. The apartment is dusty no matter how much i clean. i complained to the management several times. they ignored my complaints saying that they are short-staffed! It's so dusty my lungs started to hurt.

no place like home I have lived in several apartments and this is the best. Clean, wonderful staff, spacious, lots of storage room. The grounds are well kept and nice. THey have a playground for children. I will definitly be renewing my lease AGAIN!!

you should live here I live here and so do all of my friends. they moved in after i did on my recommendation. we love it here for a bunch of reasons. the metro comes right near the property and there is really easy access to 695, 295, 170 and 97. i work in the city so it's great for me.

Great place to call home I MOVED INTO LYNN HILL APARTMENTS ABOUT A YEAR AGO I WOULD NOT WANT TO LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE THAT IS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE ROOMS, GREAT SERVICE, GOOD LOCATION YOU WILL WANT TO MOVE INTO LYNN HILL APARTMENTS!!!

NO problems I've lived here for almost 3 years and haven't had but 1 problem. I lived here for 6 months when my refrigerator went up, but that is the only problem I've had. I enjoy it here and think many people would.
