Smokers Beware I was charged $395.00 for "Walls Damage" due to smoking in my apartment! If I would have known this, it wouldn't have been such a shock. Also, the rent is not worth it considering the state of the apartment, two washers and dryers for 12 apartments, e.g.

Quiet I have lived here for a little over 6 months and the one thing I can say about this place is that it is quiet! My apartment is nice nothing fancy but It is huge with a really big closet in the bedroom so my shoes can't complain. Oh and I found a sushi place that delivers here!! Awesome!

Awesome Stay! I loved my stay here even though it was brief. I was really close to downtown I worked at the convention for a while so my commute was like nothing. The maintenance guys here are great always friendly. I had a leak coming from my dishwasher and they fixed it the next day and cleaned
