While I lived here I experienced trash in the front yard, children playing in the hallways at night unsupervised, children playing around the building at night unsupervised, college kids having frequent parties, the same kids playing football in the parking lots at night, and no one will help you.

I blame the management, poor quality of construction of the buildings, and poor selection of tenants. Or maybe it's just section 8.

I've never had to call the police before, but my neighbors here did and eventually so did I. A few bad eggs ruined this apartment complex, and management was completely ineffective.

I agree with you. Management won't take care of things, so the police need to.
