I advise against living here based upon my experience. Poor quality construction, rude neighbors, and poor service from management can make your life hell. The appearance of the place is deceptive; the police are not strangers to the place. One of my neighbors was on parole, and another I suspect was on welfare.

I had many of the problems with loitering, safety (I think my neighbor tried to break in when I went on vacation.), noise, etc. that others have complained about. If you do live here, take a minute to scope the place out after dark, and talk to your neighbors.

I won't leave my apartment after dark and if I do, I'm not by myself.
