My wife, step son and I have lived at Padonia Village for just over one year. The apartment itself is farily big (3 bedrooms) one of which we use as an office. There is an average sized eat in kitchen but no storage or counter space to speak of...There are hard wood floors which is a problem because of noise. You are SUPPOSED to be required to have 80% of the floor covered but management does not enforce it....Also we dealt with neighbors and DOGS which you are not allowed to have but management does not enforce that either. There are quite a few college kids because it's fairly close to Towson U...Many late night parties on the weekends which is sometime a problem...It's is definetly over priced at 1000.00 bucks a month, but it's five minutes from our work...Overall, the apartments are ok, the maintenance is pretty good, but trash gets put on the curb 3 times a week and looks bad...
